    Does CRD Therapy accept insurance?

    We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that may be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement if your plan has out-of-network reimbursement.

    How much does therapy at CRD Therapy cost?

    Please inquire directly with us regarding session fees.

    How long are therapy sessions?

    Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We require 24-hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of the full session fee.

    Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

    CRD Therapy PLLC is primarily a virtual practice. We have limited in-person availability. Please contact us directly regarding in-person appointments. 

    Where are you licensed?

    CRD Therapy is licensed to provide therapy to clients located in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and California.

    Do you provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?

    Yes, CRD Therapy provides a GFE in compliance with the No Surprises Act. This law requires health care providers to give patients who are not paying with health insurance an estimate of the expected charges for the services they will receive. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE
